This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations and refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking with us.

Booking Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Period: Please note an order can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 48 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

1.2 Cancellation Process: To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email or a written letter. Your cancellation request must include your booking details, such as the booking reference number, your name, and the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of your booking. To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be made within the specified cancellation period and comply with the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

2.2 Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received and deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 15 working days. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2.3 Refund Payment Method: Refunds for canceled bookings will be made through the same payment method used for the original booking transaction. If the original payment was made via cheque or demand draft, the refund will be processed in the same manner.

Change of Booking

3.1 Modification Requests: If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing the dates or other details, please contact us at saagarbuildestate@gmail.com or call 9928054022. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees or charges.

Force Majeure SAAGAR BUILD ESTATE PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government orders, or any other unforeseen events.
